Book a treatment

All massage, facial and beauty treatments can be booked online here. If you would rather speak to me first, if you have any questions, or if you would like to book multiple treatments at once, please call or email me to confirm your appointment.

Prior to your first treatment

There are certain conditions that may make you unsuitable to receive a treatment, or may require your doctor’s confirmation for me to proceed. To avoid you having a wasted journey, please check that none of the following apply to you before you book your treatment. If you have any questions about any of these, please contact me.

* Please note that you must be 18 or over for all treatments, unless you have written consent from a parent or guardian, who will be present in the room during your treatment.

Conditions that may prevent treatment

If any of the following apply to you, I will be unable to treat you without a doctor’s note permitting me to do so:

  • Cancer (currently or within the past 6 months)
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Fractures or sprains (over area to be massaged)
  • Fungal conditions
  • Haemophilia
  • Heart conditions
  • Infectious diseases (scabies, headlice, impetigo, ringworm)
  • Stroke (within past 6 months)
  • Unstable blood pressure

Read if pregnant

Pregnancy is generally a contraindication to treatment (other than for specific pregnancy massage). If you are, or might be pregnant, please seek your doctor’s advice and note that I will need written permission to perform any treatment on you. (no permission needed for pregnancy massage)

Conditions that may prevent treatment

If any of the following apply to you, I will be unable to treat you without a doctor’s note permitting me to do so:

  • Acne (severe, cystic acne wth open pustules – spots & breakouts are fine and can benefit from facials)
  • Cancer (currently or within the past 6 months)
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Diabetes
  • Eczema
  • Epilepsy
  • Fungal conditions
  • Heart conditions
  • Infectious diseases
  • Rosacea (severe, active)
  • Stroke (within past 6 months)
  • Sunburn
  • Unstable blood pressure

Pregnancy is generally a contraindication to treatment. If you are, or might be pregnant, please seek your doctor’s advice and note that I will need written permission to perform any treatment on you.

Conditions that may prevent treatment

If any of the following apply to you, I will be unable to treat you without a doctor’s note permitting me to do so:

  • Accutane-based medication, or Roaccutane within the past 12 months?
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer treatment (within the past 12 months)
  • Chemical peel or dermabrasion (within the past 7 days)
  • Epilepsy
  • Haemophilia
  • Hypersensitive or heat sensitive skin
  • Infectious skin diseases
  • Laser skin resurfacing (within past 12 months)
  • Pregnancy
  • Scar tissues less than 6 months old (scars can however be waxed around)
  • Spray tan, fake tan or sunbed (within 48 hours of waxing)
  • Thrombosis

Medications that may prevent treatment

If you are taking any of the following medications, or have done so within the past 12 months, I will be unable to treat you without a doctor’s note permitting me to do so:

  • Accutane
  • Adapalene
  • Alustra
  • Avage
  • Avita
  • Differin
  • Isotretinoin
  • Renova
  • Retin-A
  • Roaccutane
  • Tazarac
  • Tazarotene
  • Tretinoin

  • Alopeica
  • Blepharitis
  • Chemotherapy & radiotherapy
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Cyst
  • Eye infection & undiagnosed eye conditions
  • Eyelash lice
  • Hives
  • Hypersensitive skin
  • Impetigo
  • Keratitis
  • Laser eye surgery (recent)
  • Madarosis – eyelash loss
  • Pregnancy & breastfeeding
  • Scabies
  • Seizures
  • Shingles
  • Stye
  • Trichiasis – ingrowing eyelashes
  • Trichotillomania
  • Weak or damaged lashes
