Where will my treatment take place?

Your treatment will take place at my private therapy studio in Ewhurst, near Cranleigh in Surrey.

Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an email confirming all of the details, along with the exact location of The Wellness Garden, where there is plenty of free, off-road parking available.

I’m not sure what type of massage I would like

 

That’s absolutely fine! The initial consultation process will draw upon what you hope to gain from your treatment and from that, I can target your massage to suit your particular needs. This could stress-relief, tension release, help with niggling aches and pains or a combination of the three.

I’m not sure what type of facial I need

Not everyone has a skin type that falls neatly into one category. If this sounds like you, I offer a custom facial using products from either Neal’s Yard remedies, Tropic Skincare, or a blend of both, after assessing and addressing your individual skin condition.

Will I have to undress/ What should I wear?

For all body massages, you will dress down to your underwear (no bra). You will be safely and securely covered with a sheet/towels/blanket and will only have the limb I am working on exposed. For intimate waxing, please see the FAQs below.

How long does my hair have to be for waxing?

For the best results, and to allow enough hair for the wax to grip, please leave at least 3 weeks since your last shave, or four weeks since your last wax.

Please don’t worry about being too hairy! I can always trim your hair if needed, but I can’t grow it long enough to be waxed if it’s too short.

What does the initial consultation involve?

 I will gather your contact details (this is purely for insurance purposes – you won’t be spammed with junk mail) and then ask you about any concerns you might have. This process should only take 5-10 minutes and is only for your first appointment so that I can tailor your treatment to your needs.

How can I pay for my treatment?

You can pay either by cash or card. I also accept bank transfers, but these must be agreed and paid in advance of your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or changes to appointments can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations or changes made between 24-48 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% payment charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Changes to appointment times are subject to availability and at the discretion of The Wellness Garden.

Payments for cancelled, or missed appointments, will be automatically billed from your account using the payment card you registered at the time of booking, or will be invoiced and due within 7 days.

On very rare occasions, The Wellness Garden may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance with no reason necessary or if the therapist is ill – in the unlikely event that this happens, a new appointment time or a full refund will be offered.
